Your profile is one public page for who you are and the hubs you’ve made public. A Linktree-style presence tied to real hubs. This guide covers setup, sharing, the verified badge, and how profile relates to Library.

Primary action: Open your profile → copy your profile link.

What your profile is

One public page: who you are + hubs you’ve made public. It’s presence tied to real work, not a social feed.

Overview: Profiles.

Open & share your profile

  • URL pattern: https://app.kahana.io/profile/{yourUserId}.
  • Share that link on social, bio, email, or Linktree.
  • Guests can view without an account.

What appears on your profile

  • Avatar, optional background, name, bio / tagline.
  • Social and custom links.
  • Your public hubs (views / paid cues as the product shows).

How to edit

  1. Open profile settings (/profile/:userId/settings and related settings in the app).
  2. Add a profile photo early. it’s required for Library listing readiness on hubs.
  3. Fill bio, links, and background as you want them to look when someone lands from a shared link.

Verified badge

  • Shown when Stripe Connect is charge-ready (charges_enabled). Completing Connect / monetization setup is the path.
  • Product or FAQ copy may mention Stripe Identity as part of Connect verification. the badge you see for sellers is tied to being able to take charges.
  • Trust signal on profile / paywall. not an Library ranking boost.

More: Trust · Turn on paid access.

Profile vs Library

  • Library = browse and search the marketplace.
  • Profile = your catalog landing page (often strong for direct traffic).
  • Keep both: list hubs on Library and share your profile.

Sharing tips

  • Lead with your profile for “everything I make.”
  • Share a specific hub link when promoting one product.
  • OG / social preview uses profile or hub meta when shared.

Following and Saved

  • Following (/following). people you’ve followed so you can keep up with their public work.
  • Saved (/saved). hubs you kept for later.
  • Both need an account. Guests can still open public profiles and non-adult hubs.

Quick facts

  • Route: /profile/:userId (public).
  • Guest access: yes.
  • Listing dependency: profile pic is on the Library checklist.
  • Badge: Connect charge-ready ≠ search rank.
